Leads team concurrence on applicable STA (Supplier Technical Assistance) processes and procedures
Drives adherence to policies and procedures in STA
Drives continuous improvement in existing STA processes and procedures
Develops and enables the cascade of global processes and procedures and any changes to appropriate Purchasing, STA, PD, and supplier personnel
Develops and produces reports to give insight into the effectiveness of STA processes and procedures
Develop details of process requirements for STA IT projects and test system changes.
Knowledge of Quality Tools-Q1, Advance Product Quality Planning, PPAP, Global Product Development System (GPDS), Prevent Recurrence
Cross-functional working environment
Project management
Ability to speak and write English fluently to communicate with a global team effectively
Supplier Site Development and Program experience preferred
Ability to manage multiple projects/tasks; both administrative and analytical
Effective presenter and ability to develop executive presentation materials
Knowledge of managing SharePoint and programming in Excel / Access is a plus
Ability to train and effectively communicate
Ability to troubleshoot customer issues and concerns
SharePoint Administration Knowledge
Implementation of Digital Tool & Artifical Intelligence Projects for internal & external global suppliers.
Coordinate with GDIA & IT team on development & project delpoyment
New features enhancements and coordination with internal team members.
