Company Profile: We are an emerging B2B and B2C marketplace for Lab-Grown Diamonds and all the other by-products. We are on a mission to change the way the lab-grown diamond industry operates by making it very easy and quick to buy and sell diamonds. We aim to close the bridge between buyers and sellers of lab-grown diamonds through our marketplace, which will focus on facilitating Quick Deliveries, Transparent Pricing and Financing options to purchase and sell diamonds and jewellery worldwide.Responsibilities:
- Understanding the business model in detail
- Engaging with the suppliers and understanding their requirements
- Ensuring that all supplier inquiries and complaints, whether in person, on the telephone, or via email, are dealt with in a friendly and professional manner
- Maintaining a high degree of telephone etiquette to maintain good supplier and business relationship
- Staying in tune with the trends in the lab-grown diamond industry.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- 2 - 3 years' prior Diamond Industry-related business development experience
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Problem-solving skills
- Focused and goal-oriented
- Speaks Gujarati, Hindi, English
- Day shift
- Surat, Surat - 394550, Gujarat: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
- Customer service: 1 year (Required)
- Diamond Industry: 1 year (Required)
