 Could you be the full-time Supplier Quality Engineer in Sricity we're looking for? 
Your future role 
 Take on a new challenge and apply your supplier quality management expertise in a cutting-edge field. You'll work alongside collaborative and results-driven teammates. 
 You'll play a key role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our supply chain, driving continuous improvement, and fostering strong supplier partnerships. Day-to-day, you'll work closely with teams across the business (Industrial, Supply Chain, SPQD, Incoming Inspectors), manage supplier non-conformities, and lead incoming inspection activities to ensure compliance and performance. 
 You'll specifically take care of managing non-conformities and supplier improvement roadmaps, but also oversee incoming inspection processes and team performance. 
 We'll look to you for: 
 Managing day-to-day non-conformities, including supplier communication, replacement of defective parts, and implementing containment actions 
 Driving corrective and preventive action plans with suppliers and ensuring their effectiveness 
 Leading the incoming inspection team and ensuring compliance with inspection procedures and tools 
 Collaborating with cross-functional teams to define and update control plans 
 Organizing supplier visits and quality reviews to address top issues and ensure continuous improvement 
 Monitoring and publishing KPIs to track and improve supplier and inspection performance

 Degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related field 
 Experience or understanding of supplier quality management and non-conformity processes 
 Knowledge of quality tools such as control plans, root cause analysis, and preventive action planning 
 Familiarity with ERP systems and inspection processes 
 A certification in quality management (e.g., Six Sigma, ISO 9001) is a plus 
 Strong problem-solving and analytical skills 
 Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
