This is your role.\xc2\xb7 Conduct inspections for various bought out Transformers/Reactors components onsite at supplier end as per relevant drawings, specifications, checklists, international and local standards along with customers like PGCIL, NPCIL, NTPC, Adani, Tata Power etc.\xc2\xb7 Conduct the routine audit at various supplier premises as per Siemens global guidelines.\xc2\xb7 Recording of the NC and to perform RCA for the bought-out component defects.\xc2\xb7 Support and resolve queries raised by supplier during component manufacturing by co ordination with SCM, OP, Engineering, Order Management colleagues.\xc2\xb7 Support Incoming QA technically to clear the bough out components in case any query arise.\xc2\xb7 Test Certificates review and understanding of the same.\xc2\xb7 Maintain QM info records for various bought out components.\xc2\xb7 Maintain and upkeep documentation for SQM function.\xc2\xb7 Knowledge of ISO, EMS & OHSAS standardsWe don\xe2\x80\x99t need superheroes, just super minds.\xc2\xb7 Knowledge acquired in 2-3 years in Quality department of Transformers and reactors\xc2\xb7 Diploma/ Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in Electrical/Mechanical EngineeringTechnical Skills:\xc2\xb7 Knowledge of Transformer/Reactor process and Quality inspection process\xc2\xb7 Knowledge of Quality Management Systems, handling of Root Cause analysis\xc2\xb7 Knowledge to perform audits as per ISO 9001:2015 or at supplier end.\xc2\xb7 Knowledge of MS office (Advance knowledge of MS EXCEL, WORD)\xc2\xb7 Knowledge of safety practices during shopfloor/test field inspectionKey Skills\xc2\xb7 Willingness to travel to various supplier locations for inspections, audits, developments.\xc2\xb7 Critical thinking & quick analysis based on the problem situation.\xc2\xb7 Time management and Prioritization Skills\xc2\xb7 English fluency in business Communication with stakeholders\xc2\xb7 Proactive mindset and approach to serve colleagues, internal and external customers.\xc2\xb7 Mindset of growth and service to support colleagues and always think win-win.\xc2\xb7 Intercultural sensitivity and ability to work in a multi-cultural team.We\xe2\x80\x99ve got quite a lot to offer.
