• This position will be responsible for Mechanical Cluster Lead and will be based at Noida Plant.
• This position will be responsible for driving all new part development & current product improvement activities for Mechanical Cluster.

Key Responsibilitiesxc2xb7 Responsible for leading Mechanical Commodity - SQE for AG and CE business for development of parts. Performing APQP & Conducting PPAP.xc2xb7 New Product development - To perform various activities of Design Reviews, Technical feasibility with suppliers, Supplier Interactions, Development Plans, Technical support to meet project timelines.xc2xb7 Current Product Management - To support Plant quality team in resolving current product issues and improvement.Leadership/Team Management Responsibility:

• Mechancial has emerged as a major challenging area for NPD as well as for CPM due to complexity & volume of parts development / changes & also a very challenging supplier base. Thus, this needs to have a highly competitive Supplier Quality person with high level of expertise in this commodity. This position requires having a high level of internal networking and having a good relationship with suppliers for managing and streamlining the activities in this area.
