Supplier Quality Engineer

Qualification & Experience

BE / Diploma in Mechanical Engineering (DME)

3-5 years of relevant experience in Supplier Quality / Manufacturing environment

Salary- No bar for the right candidate

Job Location-Bhosari / Chakan / Ranjangaon

Key Responsibilities

Conduct Supplier Process Audits as per approved audit plan.

Ensure supplier complaint closure with proper verification of corrective actions.

Be stationed at supplier end to ensure no production delays or capacity-related issues.

Monitor and ensure effective 8D problem-solving and closure.

Handle NPD (New Product Development) parts quality and delivery monitoring.

Coordinate with internal teams and suppliers for continuous quality improvement.

Maintain documentation and follow quality standards as per customer requirements.

Required Skills & Knowledge

Strong knowledge of Supplier Quality Management

Experience in Process Audits & Supplier Audits

Hands-on experience in 8D, Root Cause Analysis & Corrective Actions

Understanding of NPD parts, APQP, PPAP (preferred)

Good communication & coordination skills

Ability to work independently at supplier locations

Basic to good computer knowledge (MS Excel, Email, Documentation)

Other Requirements

Bike mandatory (for supplier visits)

Immediate joiners preferred

Willingness to travel and work at supplier end

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
