Summary:

• 6 years minimum with hands of experience in AIAG Core Tools (APQP, PPAP, FMEA, MSA, SPC)
• Proficiency in reading engineering drawings and applying GD&T concepts.
• Experience with automotive quality systems such as IATF 16949, ISO 9001
• Quality reports creation, Data Visualization- Power BI.
• Experience with automotive quality systems such as IATF 16949, ISO 9001
• Excellent communication skills for interactions with customers, internal teams, and suppliers
• Must be in a position to work in 2nd shift, from 3pm to 1AM to accommodate customer time zones
• Knowledge on key commodities like Hydraulic Pump and Motor, Castings and Machining.
• Must have knowledge in major inspection and calibration equipment's
• Must have knowledge in CMM measurement process
• Strong hand on experience on using all Microsoft tools.
• Must have knowledge in creating macros in MS tools
• Must have knowledge in all verity of engineering materials related to Pumps and motors parts
• Must have knowledge in review of Initial Sample Inspection reports.
