Job Description

The Supplier Quality Assurance (SQA) Specialist is responsible for ensuring that all suppliers meet the company's quality standards and requirements. This role involves evaluating supplier performance, conducting audits, resolving quality issues, and collaborating with suppliers to drive continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities:



- Develop and maintain supplier quality management programs.

- Conduct supplier evaluations, audits, and assessments to ensure compliance with quality standards.

- Review and approve supplier quality documentation, such as certifications, process flow diagrams, and control plans.

- Monitor supplier performance metrics, including defect rates, delivery performance, and compliance.

- Collaborate with suppliers to address and resolve quality issues, root cause analysis, and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).

- Work closely with procurement, engineering, and manufacturing teams to ensure supplier quality requirements are met.

- Maintain supplier quality records and documentation in accordance with company policies and industry standards.

- Participate in new supplier qualification processes.

- Support supplier development initiatives to improve quality and delivery performance.

- Stay updated on industry standards, regulations, and best practices related to supplier quality.

- Proven experience in supplier quality assurance or related roles.

- Strong understanding of quality management systems (e.g., ISO 9001).

- Knowledge of inspection techniques, measurement tools, and quality auditing.

- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.

- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to work collaboratively across teams and with external suppliers.

- Certification such as Certified Supplier Quality Professional (CSQP) or Six Sigma Green Belt is a plus.

Qualifications:



- Bachelor's degree in Quality Management, Engineering, related field.

- Experience 10 Years above.
