Job responsibilities Support your team and key stakeholders in understanding relevant aspects of the Third Party Oversight and Supplier Assurance Programs, lifecycle, execution best practices and supplier risk awareness Lead your team in managing the end to end issue lifecycle (identification, creation, modifications, extensions, approvals and validate closure evidence) as per standards and guidance and ensuring supplier control issues are escalated as required Partner with supplier control assessment operations to validate and enhance quality of supplier control issues identified as part of the supplier control assessment processes Support your team to analyze common supplier control issues in order to develop issue and remediation themes, enhance guidance and drive down risk to the firm Support your team to understand and ably articulate the risk to key stakeholders due to supplier control issues and their treatments Lead your team in reviewing cyber and operational issue closure evidence to determine if issue is resolved and properly substantiated Identify opportunities for improving supplier risk posture as well as JPMC\'s Third Party Oversight and Supplier Assurance Services Programs, including enhanced oversight and monitoring, metric tracking and reporting, etc. Required qualifications, capabilities and skills Strong understanding of and experience with Technology or Operations risk management within an enterprise level environment Strong experience in leading Supplier Management, Risk and Controls Management, Technology Audit or Information Security team(s) Experience in issue lifecycle management Strong written and verbal presentation skills with all levels of stakeholders and partners Preferred qualifications, capabilities and skills Experience in issue lifecycle management CISSP, CISM/CISA or CRISC certification
