Shankar Techmech Private Limited is looking for experienced Supervisors to oversee day-to-day operations in the manufacturing unit. The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of experience in supervising production activities, managing teams, and ensuring smooth workflow. You will be responsible for coordinating with various departments, ensuring safety protocols are followed, and meeting production targets. Key Responsibilities:
Supervise daily production activities and ensure tasks are completed according to schedule.
Manage and oversee the performance of production staff, ensuring efficient workflow.
Monitor and ensure adherence to safety standards and company policies on the production floor.
Coordinate with different departments, such as production planning, quality control, and maintenance.
Troubleshoot operational issues and implement timely solutions to minimize downtime.
Ensure that machinery and equipment are functioning properly and coordinate maintenance if required.
Maintain production records and reports, ensuring accuracy and timely submission.
Train new staff on production processes, safety protocols, and company standards. Skills & Competencies:
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Problem-solving abilities to handle operational challenges.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
Good communication skills to coordinate with team members and other departments.
Knowledge of safety and quality standards in manufacturing. Qualifications:
Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or a related field preferred.
1+ years of experience in a supervisory role, preferably in a manufacturing or production environment. Working Conditions:
