Plan daily operations and schedule tasks

for the paint shop team.

?

Manage manpower and allocate teams

based on tasks and daily schedule.

?

Maintain stocks of common paints and consumables

as per Minimum Stock Levels (MSL) and order requirements.

?

Ensure all machines, tools, and equipment

are maintained in good working condition.

?

Ensure filters and dust collectors

are regularly maintained and kept in good condition.

?

Schedule operations order-wise

based on standard timelines and ensure timely completion of all orders.

?

Prioritize ICU panel schedules

and ensure task completion within standard timelines.

?

Verify all order details

(Dossier, Cutting List, and Paint List) - including finish, design, size, and quantity - before starting operations.

?

Personally handle special instructions

and ensure all paint-related requirements are followed as per the order.

?

Maintain all documents related to order processing

and ensure operators refer to them before beginning any task.

?

Ensure adherence to quality standards

in all processes (Sanding, Epoxy, Primer, Color, Matt/Polish, and Dry Time).

?

Ensure effective material usage

and maintain correct mixture ratios.

?

Troubleshoot issues

related to material, manpower, processes, and equipment promptly.

?

Maintain daily 5S practices

in the paint shop to ensure a clean and organized work environment.

?

Conduct regular training sessions

for operators and helpers to improve overall process efficiency and productivity.

?

Maintain a safe and healthy work environment

by following all environmental and safety protocols.

?

Promote lean manufacturing and kaizen practices

for continuous improvement.

?

Maintain healthy communication and coordination

with interdependent departments using defined platforms.

?

Track daily paint consumption

against orders and update records in the designated sheets.

?

Update daily reports

including productivity, manpower attendance, and idle time.

?

Conduct monthly audits

of paints and consumables at month-end and update the respective records.

Sheets to be maintained:

Order tracking Sheet.

Lacquer Order tracking Sheet.

Paint Orders 2023-2026.

Monthly Production Report.

Monthly Consumables Production sheet.

Paint Stock check List.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
