Job Summary:

The Supervisor - Commercial Vehicle will manage daily fleet operations, ensure timely deliveries, maintain vehicle safety and compliance, supervise drivers, and support team productivity and well-being.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee day-to-day operations and ensure smooth workflow. Assign tasks to team members and monitor performance for productivity. Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and safety regulations. Maintain proper records of attendance, vehicle usage, work progress, and daily reports. Coordinate between drivers, management, and other departments to resolve issues. Provide training, guidance, and motivation to team members for performance improvement. Monitor quality of work, ensure timelines are met, and handle grievances effectively. Ensure equipment, tools, and resources are properly utilized and maintained. Take care of employees' well-being by interacting with them and addressing challenges.

Qualifications & Skills:

Logistics, Transport, or related field (preferred). Knowledge of commercial vehicle regulations and safety standards. Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills. Ability to make quick operational decisions and handle emergencies.
