Zam Zam Footwear is seeking a dedicated and responsible Supervisor to oversee daily operations and ensure smooth functioning of the store/production unit. The ideal candidate should have prior supervisory experience, strong leadership skills, and the ability to manage both people and processes efficiently. Key Responsibilities:
Supervise day-to-day operations and ensure adherence to company standards.
Manage staff schedules, monitor performance, and provide guidance/training.
Ensure customer satisfaction by maintaining quality service and timely assistance.
Oversee inventory management, stock availability, and proper display.
Handle customer queries, complaints, and provide effective solutions.
Maintain cleanliness, orderliness, and safety standards at the workplace.
Report daily/weekly operations to management. Key Requirements:
Minimum 2 years of experience in a supervisory role (preferably in retail/footwear/apparel industry).
Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
Ability to manage a team and handle customer interactions effectively.
Basic computer knowledge for reporting and inventory tracking.
Willingness to work in a fast-paced retail environment.
