Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise daily distribution center activities including order processing, dispatch, inventory handling, and returns. Coordinate with warehouse, logistics, sales, and finance teams to ensure seamless execution of supply chain operations. Monitor stock levels and ensure accurate stock records through regular cycle counts and reconciliation. Track order fulfillment metrics, delivery timelines, and ensure adherence to service level agreements (SLAs). Implement process improvements to optimize turnaround times, reduce costs, and enhance customer satisfaction. Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and operational standards within the warehouse and during transit. Manage vendor and transporter performance, including rate negotiations and service monitoring. Support route planning and vehicle utilization for cost-effective delivery scheduling. Prepare periodic operational reports and dashboards for management review. Handle customer complaints and escalations related to logistics and delivery. Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

Pay: ₹240,000.00 - ₹300,000.00 per year
