Yizi-Le Furniture is hiring a Supervisor to oversee daily furniture production activities, guide a team of workers, and ensure high-quality output. Freshers with relevant qualifications may also apply. Salary will be based on performance.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and manage section-wise production operations
Assign work, monitor output, and guide staff for efficient performance
Ensure accuracy in measurement, finishing, and product quality
Maintain discipline, safety, and cleanliness within the section
Train and support workers to improve skills and productivity
Coordinate with management and stores for material requirements
Requirements:
Diploma/Degree in Logistics, Mechanical, or Civil will be considered
Freshers can apply
Ability to read measurements and understand production requirements
Strong leadership, coordination, and communication skills
