Aeron Space Design is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented

Interior Supervisor

to oversee on-site execution of interior design and fit-out projects. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, technical knowledge of interior works, and the ability to manage teams and vendors to ensure timely and quality delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise day-to-day site activities for interior design and execution projects Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and design team to ensure smooth workflow Monitor quality of materials and workmanship as per design and specifications Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget Maintain safety protocols and ensure adherence to company standards Provide daily updates and progress reports to project managers and clients Conduct site measurements and ensure accuracy in execution

Requirements:

2 to 5 years of experience in interior supervision or site coordination Strong understanding of interior fit-outs, materials, and finishing standards Ability to read and interpret drawings and technical plans Excellent communication and team management skills Willingness to travel to project sites if required Diploma/Degree in Interior Design, Civil Engineering, or related field preferred
