Job Summary

The Supervisor will assist in overseeing day-to-day production and blending operations, ensuring smooth workflow, adherence to quality standards, and compliance with safety procedures. This role is suitable for fresh graduates seeking hands-on experience in a manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities

Assist in supervising production and blending activities on the shop floor. Follow production plans and ensure operations are carried out as per SOPs. Monitor process parameters and report deviations to senior staff. Support quality checks of raw materials, in-process, and finished products. Coordinate with operators to ensure timely completion of assigned tasks. Maintain production records, logs, and basic documentation. Ensure compliance with safety guidelines and good housekeeping practices. Support troubleshooting and continuous improvement initiatives.

Skills & Competencies

Basic knowledge of polymer/chemical processes and materials. Willingness to learn shop-floor operations and process control. Good communication and teamwork skills. Basic understanding of safety and quality practices. Ability to work in shifts, if required.
