Job Description

Scheduling and resource allocation:

Plan and allocate resources efficiently to meet deadlines and objectives.

Performance evaluations:

Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback.

Communication:

Clear communication:

Maintain open and transparent communication with team members and management.

Conflict resolution:

Address and resolve conflicts or issues within the team effectively.

Feedback:

Provide regular feedback to team members on their performance and progress.

Workflow Management:

Goal setting:

Define clear daily, weekly, monthly, and annual goals for the team.

Process Improvement:

Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and productivity.

Ensuring compliance:

Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures.

Other Responsibilities:

Representing the team:

Act as a point of contact for the team and communicate their needs and concerns to management.

Problem-solving:

Identify and resolve problems or issues that arise within the team.

Motivating and inspiring:

Foster a positive and productive work environment.

Pay: ?13,000.00 - ?18,000.00 per month
