Key Responsibilities
Assist in day-to-day store operations and ensure smooth functioning of all departments
Support the Manager in staff supervision, training, and scheduling
Track daily sales, inventory, and operational reports
Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and internal teams
Monitor stock levels and ensure proper merchandising and display
Handle customer escalations professionally
Ensure store hygiene, safety, and process compliance
Identify operational gaps and support in improvement activities
Contribute to improving store sales through effective supervision and customer service.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree preferred (any discipline)
Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word
Willingness to learn new tools and technologies
Good communication and people-management skills
Ability to handle pressure and multitask
Prior retail experience is an added advantage
Salary: Based on experience (negotiable)
Work Schedule: 6 days/week (rotational shifts)
