Educational Qualification: ITI Fitter/Diploma.
Experience: 5+ years of supervisory experience
Oversees assembly and fitment of aircraft structural components and systems.
Ensures compliance with engineering drawings, tolerance requirements, and aerospace standards.
Monitors team performance and allocates tasks to technicians and fitters.
Conducts inspections during and after installation to ensure quality and precision.
Coordinates with engineering, quality, and production teams to resolve fitment or alignment issues.
Maintains documentation, checklists, and reports as per aerospace regulations.
Ensures safety compliance and promotes adherence to 5S and standard operating procedures.
Trains team members on new assembly techniques, tools, and procedures.
