We are hiring a

Shop Supervisor

to oversee daily operations at our sweet shop. The role involves supervising staff, ensuring customer satisfaction, maintaining product quality, and supporting smooth shop functions.

Responsibilities:

Supervise and guide shop staff during shifts. Ensure excellent customer service and resolve complaints. Oversee product display, cleanliness, and hygiene standards. Monitor stock levels and coordinate with management for replenishment. Handle billing, cash, and daily sales reports.

Requirements:

Prior experience in retail/food industry preferred. Strong leadership and communication skills. Ability to handle customers politely and professionally. Flexible to work on shifts, weekends, and festive seasons.
