Responsibilities:

Greeting Visitors:

Welcoming guests, clients, and staff, ensuring a professional and courteous demeanor.

Managing Phone Calls:

Answering, screening, and directing phone calls efficiently and professionally.

Administrative Tasks:

Scheduling appointments, managing correspondence, assisting with office duties, and maintaining records.

Front Desk Management:

Maintaining a clean and organized reception area, directing visitors to appropriate locations, and ensuring a tidy environment.

Customer Service:

Providing information and assistance to visitors and callers, answering questions and addressing concerns.

Mail and Courier Handling:

Sorting and distributing mail, managing courier deliveries, and ensuring timely delivery of packages.

Support for HR and Operations:

Assisting with scheduling interviews, onboarding new hires, and supporting other administrative tasks.

Data Entry:

Performing basic data entry tasks, such as maintaining databases and updating records.

Office Supply Management:

Monitoring and ordering office supplies, ensuring a well-stocked and organized reception area.

Security Protocols:

Managing visitor logs, issuing access badges, and monitoring building entry procedures as needed.
