Supervisor

to oversee daily operations, manage team performance, and ensure smooth coordination of all signage and advertising projects.

Position Overview

The

Supervisor

will be responsible for supervising staff, monitoring project timelines, and ensuring that all advertising materials -- including

signboards

and other displays -- are scheduled, installed, and maintained on time and to quality standards. The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, and experienced in managing field operations within the advertising industry.

Key Responsibilities

Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of the advertising operations team.

Monitor and schedule the work of signboards

, including installation, maintenance, and replacement. Ensure all signboard projects meet quality, safety, and branding standards. Track progress of ongoing advertising projects and ensure timely completion. Communicate effectively with clients, vendors, and internal departments. Inspect signboard locations and verify proper execution of campaigns. Maintain records of schedules, installations, and reports for management. Train, guide, and evaluate team members to ensure efficiency and performance. Identify process improvements and implement practical solutions.

Requirements

Proven experience as a

Supervisor

,

Field Coordinator

, or similar role (preferably in advertising, signage, or outdoor media). Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills. Experience in

signboard management, scheduling, or outdoor campaign coordination

is highly preferred. Ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines.
