Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and coordinate daily operations across assigned departments Manage and train sales staff to meet performance goals Ensure proper merchandising, inventory control, and stock display Address customer queries and resolve complaints effectively Maintain safety, cleanliness, and compliance with company policies Report regularly to management on department performance

Requirements :

Proven experience in retail operations Strong leadership and team management skills Excellent communication and organizational abilities Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ?17,000.00 - ?20,000.00 per month

Experience:

Retail sales: 2 years (Preferred)
