Supervise and coordinate activities of production workers in the textile unit (e.g., weaving, spinning, dyeing, stitching, finishing, or packing).
Plan, organize, and monitor workflow to meet production targets and deadlines.
Ensure raw materials, tools, and machinery are available and in good working condition.
Maintain product quality by enforcing quality control standards throughout the process.
Train and guide workers on proper operating procedures, machine handling, and safety compliance.
Inspect machinery regularly and report maintenance needs to minimize downtime.
Keep accurate records of production output, waste, rework, and employee attendance.
Identify areas for process improvement to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
Ensure compliance with company policies, labor laws, and safety regulations.
Collaborate with the quality assurance, maintenance, and logistics teams to ensure smooth operations.
Resolve employee issues and motivate the team to achieve productivity goals.
