Check and verify supply documents
(sales orders, bills, acknowledgment copies).
Act as the
first point of contact for delivery issues
(short supply, damages, returns, expiry, etc.) and coordinate resolutions.
Support the billing team by verifying and forwarding cases requiring
credit notes
.
Track fleet availability
for local deliveries and coordinate with the fleet maintenance supervisor when required.
Maintain records and reports
for daily supplies and pending issues.
Ensure proper communication between operations, sales, billing, and delivery teams.
Participate in daily morning briefings to plan and prioritize supply tasks.
