Train, guide, and motivate store staff
Prepare duty rosters and manage staff attendance
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and resolve customer issues
Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with suppliers for replenishment
Maintain store cleanliness, safety standards, and proper product display
Oversee cash handling procedures and reconcile end-of-day sales
Implement company policies and ensure compliance
Assist in planning promotions and monitoring their performance
Prepare daily/weekly reports for management
