Job Description

Role -

1) Supervise daily door-to-door waste collection operations.

2) Ensure efficient and timely waste collection while maintaining safety standards.

3) Manage team, optimize routes, and oversee equipment readiness.

4) Lead, train, and motivate staff; conduct performance reviews.

5) Address community inquiries, resolve complaints, and promote waste management practices.

6) Identify new business opportunities, negotiate contracts, and maintain client relationships.

7) Maintain records, generate reports on operational performance, and analyze data for improvements.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
