Job Location: Manesar
Job Title: Engineer / Senior Engineer (Sheet Metal Die Development - Press Dies)
Educational Qualification: Diploma from CIPET/Tool & Die maker from DITE(TRTC), CITD, CTTC etc.
Experience: 3 to 7 years
Job Role: Die development for new models from Design to Trials, Checking of Die Designs, conducting die trials & proving of dies on press.
Job Responsibilities:
- Die Development for Sheet Metal Parts - Transfer & Tandem press line:
- Die design validation
- Die development - Project management from the design stage to the commissioning stage
- Inspection of dies at various stages
- Trials & proving of die
- Basic knowledge of UG NX
- Understanding of Die Trials, Die Modification, Die Repair & Panel Proving
- Part Quality maturation
- Basic knowledge of Yield improvement techniques
