We are looking for experienced and motivated Supervisor to manage daily fabrication shop floor operations. With at least 10 years of hands-on fabrication experience and proven leadership
Key Responsibilities
Supervise, mentor, and manage a team of fabricators, welders, and fitters. Conduct daily briefings and foster a culture of safety and continuous improvement.
Oversee all daily activities (cutting, fitting, rolling, welding, assembly) for pressure equipment.
Monitor workflow and manage resource allocation (manpower/machinery) to meet tight delivery schedules.
Coordinate with Engineering and QC to address non-conformities and ensure dimensional accuracy.
Conduct in-process and final quality checks
Ensure proper handling and segregation of raw materials
