We are seeking a dedicated and experienced professional to supervise and conduct physical verification of scaffolding materials at our building construction project site in Vadodara. The ideal candidate must have hands-on experience in supervising construction activities and strong knowledge of scaffolding materials used in building projects.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise scaffolding activities at the project site, ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards. Perform detailed physical verification of scaffolding materials lying at the site and those currently in use. Maintain accurate records of material movement, availability, and usage. Coordinate with site engineers, contractors, and project teams for smooth execution. Identify missing, damaged, or unfit scaffolding materials and report findings. Ensure proper stacking, handling, and maintenance of scaffolding components. Prepare daily/weekly reports of verification work and submit to management.

Required Skills & Experience:

Proven experience in supervising building construction activities. Strong knowledge of scaffolding materials (e.g., couplers, ledgers, standards, planks, base jacks, stirrups, frames, etc.). Ability to conduct physical checks and material audits at site. Good observation, coordination, and documentation skills. Willingness to work full-time at the Vadodara project site.
