Job Overview:

We are looking for a

hands-on, all-round Supervisor

with experience in the

medical or veterinary domain

, preferably from a

manufacturing or sales background

. The ideal candidate should be capable of

handling an entire unit

, managing shop-floor operations, coordinating sales activities, and ensuring smooth day-to-day functioning.

Key Roles & Responsibilities:

Supervise and manage daily

unit/floor operations

Handle

production planning

, workflow, and manpower allocation Coordinate with

sales teams

and support field sales activities Monitor inventory, raw material usage, and finished goods Ensure adherence to

quality standards and SOPs

Handle basic

documentation, reporting, and MIS

Coordinate with vendors, distributors, and internal departments Resolve operational issues and ensure timely order execution Maintain discipline, productivity, and smooth team coordination

Required Experience & Skills:

Experience in

Medical / Veterinary / Pharma / Healthcare products

Background in

manufacturing unit supervision or medical sales

Ability to

independently handle a complete unit/floor

Understanding of

sales processes and customer coordination

Strong leadership, coordination, and problem-solving skills Basic knowledge of

inventory, production, and quality control

Good communication skills (Hindi / Punjabi; English preferred)

Preferred Profile:

Candidate who has worked in

veterinary medicines, medical equipment, or healthcare manufacturing

Exposure to both

sales and operations

Practical, proactive, and result-oriented personality
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
