Job Title: Supervisor

Swayamvara Silks is looking for a responsible and proactive Supervisor to oversee daily store operations, ensuring the team meets company standards and delivers exceptional customer service. The role requires managing staff, supporting sales efforts, and ensuring that the store operates smoothly.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise daily store operations and ensure adherence to company policies and procedures.

Assist in leading and motivating the sales team to achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer service.

Ensure the store is well-stocked, organized, and clean at all times.

Provide coaching and feedback to team members to improve performance.

Monitor customer interactions and resolve complaints or concerns in a timely manner.

Assist in inventory management, stock replenishment, and maintaining store standards.

Ensure that visual merchandising is up to the company's standards and aligns with current promotions.

Requirements:

Prior experience in retail supervision or a similar role.

Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.

Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Knowledge of retail management systems and POS systems is a plus.

High school diploma or equivalent; further education in retail management or related fields is advantageous.

Salary: Competitive, based on experience.
