Recruit and manage contractual manpower including unskilled, semi-skilled, and skilled workers for a furniture manufacturing plant.
Understand client and plant manpower requirements and deploy workers accordingly.
Maintain and monitor attendance as per shift schedules and production requirements.
Address, understand, and resolve worker grievances in a timely and effective manner.
Ensure timely replacement of manpower in case of absenteeism, attrition, or additional requirements.
Coordinate with contractors, supervisors, and management to ensure smooth workforce operations.
Ensure compliance with company policies and labor regulations.
Support smooth daily operations by maintaining adequate workforce availability.
Key Skills & Requirements:
Experience in manpower recruitment and workforce management in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to handle labor issues and resolve grievances efficiently.
Knowledge of shift management and attendance systems.
Understanding of client requirements and operational needs.
Problem-solving and multitasking abilities.
