Qualification:
M. Sc. Microbiology, M. Sc. Biochemistry, B. Sc. Microbiology, B. Sc. Biochemistry, B. Tech Food Technology or relevant qualification to work in food processing industry
Experience:
up to 2+ years of experience in the food industry
Key Skills:
Knowledge of Food Processing and preservation technology, food analysis, raw material and packing material analysis, HACCP, GMP
Key Responsibilities
To achieve process objective of Quality Control Laboratory.
Daily hygiene and sanitation check.
Conduction of inspection / testing activities as per Quality Control Plan.
Set the experiments analysis as per given instructions.
Maintain Food Safety Management System guidelines in the department.
Monitoring and maintaining the departmental resources in good conditions.
Control and personally monitoring hygiene as required in Lab and production area.
Regular monitoring of all quality control records to ensure compliance and satisfactory maintenance of standards.
Maintain the laboratory as per GLP and GHP.
Initiate action to prevent the occurrence of any microbiological non-conformity related to final products.
If any rejection give instruction to Store Executive to keep this stock in non-Conforming area.
Verification of applicable CCPs as per FSMS and communication to Dept' Head.
Responsible for ensuring timely testing relevant samples from external laboratories
Calibrating all the instruments based on the frequency.
Participation in maintaining sanitation and hygiene standards as per the company's approved Standard Sanitation Operating Procedures (SSOPs).
Carrying out relevant applicable activities as per the documented FSMS.
Be responsible for assisting the Quality Manager in discharging his duties effectively.
Authorized to draw material from Production for analysis proposes.
Responsible for coordinating with respective dept' head for annual medical examination as per schedule.
Report to the Asst. Manager - QA regarding about all day-to-day activities

Pay: ₹19,500.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
