We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced

Security Supervisor

to oversee and manage daily operations of our security personnel. The ideal candidate will ensure the safety and security of the premises, staff, visitors, and assets by enforcing company policies and procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise, schedule, and coordinate the activities of security guards. Conduct regular patrols and inspections to ensure safety protocols are being followed. Monitor surveillance equipment and access control systems. Respond promptly to incidents, emergencies, and alarms. Train new security staff on company procedures, safety policies, and emergency response. Prepare detailed incident reports and maintain daily activity logs. Liaise with law enforcement and emergency services when required. Enforce company rules, regulations, and policies consistently. Conduct security audits and risk assessments. Maintain inventory of security equipment and supplies.

Qualifications:

Proven experience as a Security Supervisor or similar role. High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree preferred).

Pay: ?18,000.00 - ?21,000.00 per month
