Job Specification Qualification Required: Diploma with Chemical Engineering / B.Sc. (Chemistry) Experience Trainee Supervisor : Fresher Supervisor 1 - 5 years Sr. Supervisor : More than 5 years Competencies Required (Functional And Behavioral) / Skills Required Controlling of SX Plant processes Process control parameters & its importance knowledge of liquid/solids materials handling/storage Knowledge of Chemical Consumptions Timely filling of Process Registers/Log sheets Initiative Team work Communications Process breakdown management EHS Awareness ISO Awareness PPE\'s knowledge 5s/six sigma Manpower Handling: Proper job distribution of manpower (operators/labour) for plant activities and as per shift planning Supervising the team and providing them with technical support and training Shift Handling: Smooth running of Plant by maintaining process and quality control parameter to produce product as per specification Maintenance of all records up to date (i.e Shift log book, log sheets etc ) Informing to Shift In charge for any abnormality observed Properly and timely addressing the breakdown (Process/Mechanical/Electrical/Instruments) Maintaining safety, health &environment in working area. Maintaining proper housekeeping in the work area Maintaining proper material in flow, storage and outflow Responsible for ensuring OH & SMS related aspects in the section. Take ownership in case of any emergency / disaster as per the Emergency Preparedness Plan / Disaster Mgt. Plan
