Job Description

Managing daily operations:

Supervisors monitor and check staff performance levels, ensuring that work is carried out within set deadlines, budget, and quality standards

Working with other divisions:

Supervisors collaborate with other departments within the company to ensure efficient and effective operations

Project management:

Supervisors often plan projects, establish project objectives, and ensure that they are carried out successfully

Offering assistance and feedback:

Supervisors provide team members with feedback on performance

Reporting to upper management:

Supervisors often prepare and present reports to upper management on team performance, progress, and issues.

Thrissur, Kerala: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
