Daily, Weekly & Monthly reports generation & review
Effective monitoring of Operators time management, utilizing the available resource and executing the assembly / re-configuration of cranes timely.
Monitoring hired P&M and Hire equipment Allocation to areawise in the project.
identifying the spares and consumables required for regular maintenance works and according raising the indents for maintaining the inventory of spares and consumables
Monitoring HSD consumption & tracking
Identification of break downs & its risk
Construction Vehicles- Dumpers, Tippers, Trailers, Four Wheelers
Const.Equipments- Matl.Handling Equpmt, Crawler and Tyre Mounted Cranes, Concrete Mixers, Compactors, Heavy Duty Pumps etc
Erection of major plant & Machinery
Servicing/ Regular maintenance of equipment\'s
