Outlet Supervisor

for our

Perumbavoor outlet

. The candidate will be responsible for smooth day-to-day outlet operations, staff supervision, quality control, and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise daily outlet operations and ensure smooth functioning Manage staff attendance, duty roster, and discipline Ensure product quality, hygiene, and FSSAI standards are followed Monitor sales, billing, and cash handling procedures Coordinate with Operations Manager for stock, issues, and reporting Handle customer complaints professionally and resolve immediately Ensure proper display, FIFO, and wastage control Maintain cleanliness and brand standards of Amma's Pastries

Requirements:

Minimum

1-2 years experience

as Supervisor / Senior Staff in bakery, food retail, or QSR Basic knowledge of billing systems and outlet reports Good communication skills (Malayalam mandatory; Hindi/English preferred) Ability to handle staff and work under pressure Honest, disciplined, and result-oriented

Working Time:

Shift based (as per company schedule)
