Job Responsibilities:

Oversee daily operations of the outlet. Supervise staff, assign duties, and ensure proper shift management. Ensure customer satisfaction through quality service and hygiene. Monitor stock levels and coordinate with the kitchen and warehouse for replenishment. Handle customer queries, complaints, and resolve issues promptly. Maintain cleanliness and ensure food safety standards are strictly followed. Daily sales reporting and cash handling. Assist in achieving outlet targets and improving overall performance.

Requirements:

Minimum 2 years of experience in retail/F&B, preferably in bakery or food service. Strong leadership and communication skills. Ability to manage a team and multitask under pressure. Basic computer knowledge for billing and reporting. Flexible to work in shifts and weekends.

Preferred:

Candidates with prior experience in bakery or pastry outlets.

Salary:

Based on experience and industry standards.
