- Responsible for overseeing daily operations and managing drivers/field staff to ensure smooth, safe, and disciplined service. The supervisor acts as the link between management and ground staff and is accountable for on-ground performance.
Key Duties:
Ensure attendance, punctuality, discipline, and duty allocation of drivers/staff
Monitor vehicle operations, safety norms, and seating rules
Handle passenger complaints and on-ground issues calmly
Report breakdowns, incidents, and rule violations to management
Maintain basic records and verify driver documents
