Job Description

Supervise and coordinate the activities of production workers to meet daily production targets Ensure all manufacturing processes run smoothly and comply with company standards and safety regulations Assign tasks and monitor employee performance, providing coaching and support as needed Maintain production schedules and ensure deadlines are met Train and onboard new employees on machines, tools, and safety procedures Inspect materials, products, and equipment to detect defects or malfunctions Maintain accurate records of production data, inventory, and employee attendance Communicate effectively with other departments such as Quality Control, Maintenance, and Logistics Identify areas for improvement and assist in implementing lean manufacturing or process improvement initiatives Enforce company policies and disciplinary procedures as needed
