Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and manage the packaging team to ensure daily production targets are met Oversee the packaging process of finished goods including labeling, sealing, and storage Maintain packing standards to ensure zero product damage or leakage during transit Ensure compliance with hygiene and safety standards in the packaging area Monitor inventory of packing materials and coordinate timely procurement Maintain accurate packing records, batch details, and shift reports Coordinate with QC, production, and dispatch departments for smooth workflow Train and guide packing staff for best practices and SOP adherence Ensure proper documentation as per company and regulatory requirements
