Experience:

2-3 years in outbound/warehouse operations

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and coordinate picking, packing, loading & dispatch operations to ensure timely, accurate shipments Monitor performance (KPIs), identify bottlenecks, and implement process improvements. Enforce safety and quality control standards, maintaining compliance with protocols. Collaborate with inbound, inventory, and transport teams for seamless end-to-end logistics.

Candidate Profile:

2-3 years of hands?on experience in warehouse outbound supervision within 3PL or logistics environments Familiarity with WMS or warehouse software, plus basic MS Office.
