Supervisor

to oversee day-to-day plant operations, ensure smooth workflow, monitor manpower, and maintain production quality and safety standards. The ideal candidate should have experience in supervising aluminum fabrication or extrusion plant operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise daily production activities and allocate work to team members. Monitor machine performance and ensure optimum utilization of manpower and materials. Ensure product quality and compliance with company standards. Maintain proper records of production, attendance, and material usage. Coordinate with the maintenance, quality, and store departments for smooth operations. Implement safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized workspace. Report daily production data and any operational issues to the Production In-charge/Manager. Guide and train workers for better productivity and process efficiency.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Diploma or ITI in Mechanical / Electrical / Production or related field. 3-6 years of experience in supervisory or production roles (preferably in the aluminum or metal industry). Strong leadership and communication skills. Good understanding of production workflow, safety standards, and quality parameters. Ability to handle teams and meet production targets under pressure.
