We are looking for a responsible and proactive Food and Beverage Supervisor to oversee daily operations in the food area. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth service flow, manage staff effectively, and maintain high-quality standards in food service and hygiene.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and coordinate the daily operations of the food and beverage area.
Manage and guide staff to ensure excellent service and teamwork.
Assign and monitor daily tasks to ensure smooth workflow.
Ensure hygiene, safety, and cleanliness standards are maintained at all times.
Handle customer feedback and ensure a positive dining experience.
Support in training new staff and maintaining service quality.
Collaborate with management to improve operational efficiency.
Requirements:
Diploma/Degree in Hotel Management or a related field preferred.
Minimum 1 year of experience in food service or supervisory roles (preferred) also Freshers can apply
Strong leadership and communication skills.
Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
Customer-focused attitude and attention to detail
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
