Key Responsibilities
Supervise and coordinate daily work activities of team members
Assign tasks and ensure timely completion of work
Monitor employee attendance, performance, and discipline
Provide guidance, training, and support to staff
Ensure adherence to company policies, safety standards, and procedures
Resolve operational issues and escalate concerns to management when required
Prepare daily/weekly reports and update management
Maintain a positive and productive work environment
Ensure quality standards and targets are achieved
Qualifications & Skills
Any Graduate / Diploma (preferred)
Proven experience as a Supervisor or in a similar role
Good leadership and team-handling skills
Strong communication and problem-solving abilities
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office / reporting tools)
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines

Minimum
1-3 years
of supervisory experience (industry-specific experience is an advantage)
