Job Title: Supervisor - Aluminium Formwork
Location: Mohali, Punjab
Salary: ?25,000 - ?30,000 per month
Experience: Minimum 5 years in construction supervision, specifically with aluminium formwork systems
Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Supervisor with hands-on experience in aluminium formwork to oversee day-to-day site operations at our Mohali project. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership capabilities, ensure timely completion of formwork tasks, and maintain safety and quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and coordinate aluminium formwork activities on site, ensuring correct installation and dismantling
Manage site workforce effectively, including training, allocation, and monitoring work progress
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies at all times
Liaise with project managers, engineers, and subcontractors to meet project deadlines
Maintain accurate daily reports, material usage records, and progress logs
Identify and resolve site challenges related to formwork installation and handling
Monitor quality control and ensure formwork meets project specifications
Requirements
Minimum 5 years of supervisory experience in construction with aluminium formwork expertise (mandatory)
Strong knowledge of aluminium formwork systems and erection techniques
Good leadership and communication skills
Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and schedules
Commitment to safety and quality standards on-site
Experience working at construction sites in a supervisory capacity
