Key Responsibilities:

Oversee and manage day-to-day site activities to ensure smooth execution of work. Supervise manpower, allocate tasks, and monitor productivity on-site. Coordinate with engineers, contractors, and workers to meet daily and weekly targets. Ensure work is executed as per drawings, specifications, and quality standards. Maintain daily progress reports, labour records, and site documentation. Monitor material usage, check deliveries, and raise requests for material requirements. Ensure safety protocols are followed and workers adhere to PPE standards. Conduct regular inspections to check quality, identify issues, and ensure timely rectification. Coordinate with the site in-charge for planning, sequencing, and resolving site-level challenges. Maintain discipline, manage workforce issues, and ensure smooth work environment. Assist in handling tools, equipment checks, and maintain proper housekeeping at the site. Support in preparing checklists, measurements, and basic reporting formats.

Skills & Competencies:

Strong leadership and team-handling skills. Good understanding of site execution (civil / finishing / general supervision). Ability to read basic drawings (if construction-related). Good communication and coordination abilities. Basic computer knowledge (Excel, email preferred). Problem-solving attitude and ability to work under pressure.
